The continental breakfast was tasty with a huge variety of items to choose from

Everything was great, handy location close to time square, the staff were obliging. Brand-new and elegant units with 2 double beds.

The units are well-equipped, fashionable.

The staff was accommodating and smart, everything was good.

It has perfect staff and location, free wi-fi. We would stay here again, we enjoyed this ultimate hotel.

loved this place, it was tidy and had fantastic food and service. particularly nice view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. pleased it had a bath. gorgeous interior, excellent restaurant. a serene place to stay in new york.

Cosy units with microwave and fridge. Fabulously helpful staff and altogether a very nice experience.

Decent location, really good facilities. The view from our double room was fantastic. Staff were more than helpful and made our stay as pleasant as it could be. The hotel was perfectly located for summer holidays.

Responsive staff and great swimming pool. I had king room which was excellent, exceptionally comfortable bed. They made my stay incredible. The service was absolutely excellent. You could walk to shops and supermarket.

The bed was comfy, so we had a really unforgettable stay. Attentive staff, great communication, magnificent location. Loved that it was right next to w 42 st bus station. Breakfast was generous and there was lots of food to choose from...

Shame the bathroom was wet.

The hotel was spotless and glorious, had stable wi-fi. The room I booked was well soundproofed and simply decorated. Early check-in, late check-out. Besides, parking was available on-site. It was perfectly located. Also - just off a police station, many restaurants and Times Square.

The property is very clean; good sized rooms; large bed. Employees at the hotel where kind.

Everything in the room was very clean. We had goodies and coffee at Signature Cafe and Bar, it was located really close to the venue.
